RELEASE
I hereby consent to the photographing of myself and the recording of my voice and the use of these photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. I understand that the term "photograph" as used herein encompasses both still photographs and motion picture footage.

I further consent to the reproduction and/or authorization by the BTYCC or NWTF to reproduce and use said photographs and recordings of my voice, for use in all domestic and foreign markets. Further, I understand that others, with or without my consent may use and/or reproduce such photographs and recordings.

I hereby release BTYCC and NWTF, and any of its associated or affiliated companies, their directors, officers, agents, employees and customers, and appointed advertising agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims of every kind on account of such use.

OFFICIAL RULES

AGE REQUIREMENT:
Only youths under 16 years old are allowed to harvest a turkey while supervised by an adult, 18 years or older. However, adult supervisors with a hunting license and turkey permit are allowed to "call in" the turkey and otherwise participate in the hunt, but they are not permitted to harvest one. Any turkey harvested during the Youth Spring Turkey Hunt counts toward the youth hunter's spring season limit of 2. CHECK-IN and REGISTRATION:
There is a $50 registration fee for all hunter/guardian teams. Registration must be completed by Friday, March 9th.

All participants must attend dinner at the Beau Turner Youth Conservation Center on Friday, March 9th. We will have a social hour at 6:00 PM and dinner will be served at 7:00 PM. The Turkey Challenge Rules and Regulations will be discussed as well as the schedule for Saturday.

All harvested turkeys must be checked in by Noon (12:00 PM EST) on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the Beau Turner Youth Conservation Center to count towards any prizes and awards.

SCORING:
All birds will be officially scored by the NWTF and prizes will be awarded accordingly. There will be 4 categories that contestants could qualify for.

Any non-typical turkeys with multiple beards or spurs will be measured and points will be added to the final Overall scoring category.

Longest Beard Length winners will go to the turkeys with the longest individual beard. Non-typical turkeys with multiple beards will be measured and the score will be applied to the Overall Score category. Only the longest beard from a multiple bearded turkey will count towards the Longest Beard cateogry.

The Longest Combined Spur Length winners will go to the combined spur length of the two longest spurs from the turkey. The mearsurements from the two longest spurs from a non-typical turkey that has more than one spur on each leg will be applied to the Longest Combined Spur Length category. Non-typical turkeys that have more than two spurs will still be measured, and the total score will be applied to the Overall category.

PRIZES AND AWARDS:
Awards and prizes will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in all 4 categories. The Challenge Champion and top prize would go to the hunter that harvested the best Overall Scoring turkey. No hunter can place in more than one category. (For example: If you harvest a turkey that has the longest beard and spurs, you would only win a prize for one of those categories, not both prizes.)

Overall Champion Prize:
Parent and son/daughter turkey hunt at Vermejo Park Ranch (does not include airfare)

Zeiss Binoculars
Rangefinders
